What are your payment methods?

We honor Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. We also accept payments made through PayPal, and accept personal checks and money orders made out to The Witch's Wart in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank. Please make sure to print a copy of your invoice at the time of checkout and send with your money order or check. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or check and upon clearance of personal checks. Please allow 5-10 banking days following receipt for clearance of funds before your order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of an item by the time payment is received and funds clear. We reserve the right to charge a $25.00 fee on all returned checks.
Please do not send cash. We will not be responsible for cash sent to us through the mail.

How long before you ship my order?

In stock items are normally shipped within 48 hours of receiving your complete order information. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend normally ship on Tuesday or Wednesday. If an order will take longer to ship than 4 business days, we will inform you by email. If an item becomes unavailable for any reason, we will inform you as quickly as possible. We will offer you shipping options concerning the backorder or issue a refund if prepaid. Backorders are rare, but do happen on occasion. Out of stock items are usually shipped in 10-15 business days. If, for any reason, it will take any longer, you will be notified. Checks and money orders require a 10 day hold period until funds are cleared before shipment of your order. Please remember, if you are in the Manchester, New Hampshire area and want to save on shipping-check out our events page. You can pay for your purchase now and pick up at an event that we will be at. Are your transactions secure?

How do I place an order at The Witch's Wart?

You can order online, by phone or mail. If ordering online, we utilize a simple shopping cart system to follow your purchases and submit your final order. If you wish to phone your order in, please contact us at (603) 397-3778. For mail orders, please place your order online and check off the money order or check option for your payment. Print your invoice and send with a check or money order, drawn from a U.S. bank, made payable to The Witch's Wart to:

Do you provide international shipping?

We do offer international shipping in some locations.  Please email us before you place an order as the shopping cart may not reflect the accurate shipping price.

 

Do you have a brick & mortar shop?

No, we do not have a brick & mortar shop. This allows us to keep our overhead down and, we in turn, can turn those savings over to you. But-you never know what the future may hold.

 

Do you have a paper catalog?

We do not offer printed catalogs. Our online catalog has much more environmental and consumer benefits over paper catalogs. Paper catalogs use large amounts of energy and resources to manufacture and send to prospective customers. Our online catalog allows us to provide updated information and product selection. According to the report by the Center for Energy and Climate Solutions named: The Internet Economy and Global Warming: A Scenario of the Impact of E-Commerce on Energy and the Environment, Internet shopping could avoid some 5% of commercial space by 2007, save 5.4 million tons of paper per year by 2008, prevent the need for more than 31 average power plants, save 67 trillion BTUs worth of natural gas per year and prevent the release of 75 million tons of greenhouse gases into the atmosphere.

 

Do you offer discreet packaging?

At customer's request, we will ship your order discreetly with the name of our company omitted instead using a personal name. We will not use the name The Witch's Wart anywhere on the package. Your privacy is extremely important to us. Please make sure to request this at the time of checkout.

The Witch's Wart and it's employees/owners are not responsible for any results of using or misusing products purchased from us. Much of the effectiveness of any product depends on the energy and power you give it. We make no claims or guarantees of any medical, supernatural or magical qualities for any product. Our products are not meant to replace the services and advice of a physician.
